The temperature drops at night, causing the saturated air to precipitate condensation water, which is easy to cause fog and condensation on the laser. This will cause corrosion damage to the internal parts of the laser.

 

However, due to the recent rapid rise in temperature, the highest temperature in some areas has reached 30 degrees. Customers have reported that small water droplets appear on the wall of the cold water pipe on the laser. Of course, condensation will not spread to the inside of the laser at this time. If it is not dealt with for a long time It will lead to damage or malfunction of the electrical and optical components of the laser, reduce the performance of the laser, or even damage the laser.

 

If the laser is installed in an air-conditioned room, the temperature and humidity in the air-conditioned room will be lower than 27 and 50% respectively, which will effectively prevent the condensation of electronic or optical components inside the laser, thereby improving the reliability and service life of the laser.

 

If the customer cannot install an air-conditioned room for the laser, the enclosure should be kept airtight. In order to isolate the exchange of hot and humid air inside and outside the chassis, please ensure that the chassis is airtight. It is recommended to add an evaporator between the gas source and the processing head to keep the gas temperature close to the ambient temperature and reduce the risk of condensation.

 

What’s more, every time you restart the fiber laser cutting machine, you need to follow the correct switching sequence.

 

Condensation is an objective physical phenomenon, which is unavoidable. When the laser is used: the temperature difference between the operating environment of the laser and its cooling temperature should be minimized.

 

How to deal with the condensation of maquina laser para metal:

 

1. If condensation is found on the laser, stop running the fiber laser cutting machine immediately;

2. Wipe off the condensed water on the laser shell, and start the laser after the condensed phenomenon is completely eliminated;

3. Cool and dehumidify the environment to reach the desired area.
