After a period of use, laser cutting equipment will wear and tear to a certain extent. If it is not maintained in time, the service life of the equipment will be reduced, and the work efficiency will also be affected during the working process. QUICK LASER has compiled some laser tube cutting machines maintenance suggestions for you:

1. Routine maintenance. Before starting up, check whether the components of the laser tube cutting machines are complete and whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient, and try to keep it full. When starting up, make sure that all parts of the tube cutting machines are operating normally. After the work is finished, wipe the blade clean and apply anti-rust oil, and add engine oil to the joints of the movement.

2. Hydraulic system maintenance. It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil every 6 to 12 months, and check the sealing state of the seals.

3. Inspection of cutting equipment fasteners. Check the fasteners every 3 months, and tighten loose screws and bolts in time.

4. Maintenance of electric control system. Use the correct voltage and ensure that the machine is properly grounded to prevent damage caused by machine leakage. Regularly check the power cord to avoid overloading and motor burnout. It can effectively avoid machine loss and prolong the service life of the equipment.
